PostOnFire Vote Button Is Now Available
January 15, 2008 – 10:44 amPostOnFire button is an external vote button you can add directly to your blog so your readers can vote for your posts.
How does the vote button work?
The vote button can be added to any blog post and the first time the button is clicked, the user has to submit or bookmark the post, then the voting number will be changed every time a vote is registered.
There is 1 line of code you simply can add anywhere in the post you want the button to appear.
There is also a WordPress Plug-in that add a button under the “Code” tab of the editor.

I tried the WP plugin, but the button does not show in the code window as indicated. The plugin is activated.

Mine shows once I’ve save the draft. The problem I have with it is that it doesn’t work. I end up just copying and pasting the button code from the site - but when it’s clicked in my post it takes the user to a previously submitted post - the same one all the time. I don’t have a clue how to fix this.
