First things of all, you will need to sign-up for a paid-blogging service. Four great services that exemplify how these work are Bloggin Ads, PayPerPost, Reviewme and Smorty.
Okay, now sign up for a paid-blogging service. Once they verify your blog, they'll tell you what "opportunities" (read: jobs) you are qualified for. Then, you choose what opportunities you want. An example opportunity will ask you to write about "Product X with 300 words" and might ask you to include a link to Product X's website. Basically, you're writing a short ad for the product. Once you've posted your blog that fulfills the requirements of your opportunity, you will notify the paid-blogging service.
They'll verify that your blog has indeed met the opportunity's requirements, and there is usually a waiting period of a couple weeks before they pay you (to make sure you don't delete the post right after getting paid). Usually, you are paid via PayPal or some other electronic payment method, although some services allow you to request checks via mail. Requesting money via check will take several weeks longer, but if you don't have a Paypal account you can request money that way.
