

For two families of Rwandan refugees who fled the African nation after the genocide of 1994, the process of building new lives in Hobart is slow and, at times, lonely. While life in Tasmania's capital is far more peaceful, horrific memories of the genocide that wiped out many of their countrymen have followed them here and weigh on their minds daily.
