Sony has silenced the hecklers who insisted the company would never put it's new 24 megapixel, full frame sensor in one of it's own dSLR cameras. Sony says it's 24.6mp flagship dSLR will be on the market before the end of the year. This is an obvious shot across the bow for Canon and Nikon, who until now have had the professional digital SLR marketplace to themselves.
